FIRE	Combustible. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.	NO open flames.	Powder, alcohol-resistant foam, water spray, carbon dioxide.
EXPLOSION

EXPOSURE		PREVENT DISPERSION OF DUST!
•INHALATION	Cough. Sore throat. Dizziness. Headache. Nausea. Convulsions.	Local exhaust or breathing protection.	Fresh air, rest. Artificial respiration may be needed. Refer for medical attention. See Notes.
•SKIN	Redness. Pain.	Protective gloves.	Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower.
•EYES	Redness. Pain.	Safety goggles.	First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
•INGESTION	Abdominal pain. Diarrhoea. Headache. Nausea. Vomiting. Convulsions.	Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.	Rinse mouth. Give a slurry of activated charcoal in water to drink. Do NOT induce vomiting. Refer for medical attention. See Notes.

Ventilation. Sweep spilled substance into containers; if appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Personal protection: P3 filter respirator for toxic particles.

Separated from strong oxidants, strong bases, strong acids, strong reducing agents, food and feedstuffs. Well closed.

Do not transport with food and feedstuffs.

The substance decomposes on burning and on contact with acids producing toxic and corrosive fumes including nitrogen oxides and cyanides. Reacts with strong bases to produce ammonia . Reacts with strong oxidants and strong reducing agents .

The substance can be absorbed into the body by ingestion and by inhalation.

INHALATION RISK:
Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a harmful concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly when dispersed.

EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
The substance is irritating to the eyes , the skin and the respiratory tract . The substance may cause effects on the cellular respiration (inhibition) , resulting in convulsionsand respiratory failure. The effects may be delayed. Exposure at high levels may result in death.
