FIRE	Not combustible. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.		In case of fire in the surroundings: use appropriate extinguishing media.

EXPOSURE
•INHALATION	Cough.	Local exhaust or breathing protection.	Fresh air, rest.
•SKIN		Protective gloves.	Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
•EYES	Redness.	Safety goggles .	First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
•INGESTION	Abdominal pain.	Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.	Rinse mouth. Give plenty of water to drink.

Personal protection: P1 filter respirator for inert particles. Sweep spilled substance into containers; if appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Wash away remainder with plenty of water.

May cause mechanical irritation. Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal blockage.

EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
Lungs may be affected by repeated or prolonged exposure to dust particticles if crystalline silica is present.
