Dan Napier, MS, CIH, CSP
As a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Dan has over 30 years of experience in the industrial hygiene and safety field. He has managed numerous environmental projects ranging from small residential asbestos mitigation to major multi-year hazardous material mitigation projects. His practical approach to occupational safety and health provides many workers with a safe work environment. That approach simultaneously provides the employer with an efficient and cost effective practical safety program. Dan assists employers with OSHA defense, worker training and air monitoring projects. Whether the project is the clean up and demolition of a large Aerospace R & D Laboratory and Production Facility, or the baseline evaluation of a NASA facility, Mr. Napier has the experience and practical experience to complete the work -- On Time and Under Budget. Dan earned his M.S. in Environmental Science at California State University, Dominguez Hills. In addition, he is a Licensed Industrial Hygienist, A Registered Environmental Assessor, an active AHERA instructor for courses in Asbestos Removal Management.

David Levin, CSP
Dave is a Board Certified Safety Professional with more than 25 years experience in occupational health and safety. He provides loss control/safety services to clients throughout California. Mr. Levin specializes in helping business owners to identify and successfully negotiate their health and safety hazards and control costs associated with unfortunate workplace injuries. Mr. Levin is an advocate of developing measurable activities that improve safety performance. To mention a few specialized areas, he works with government agencies, small and large businesses, trade associations, grocery warehousing and distribution centers, retail stores, health care organizations, construction companies, steel and wood fabrication, and light assembly. He has participated in the planning of safety objectives and implementing injury prevention activities. He assists employers during Cal-OSHA inspections and in responding to Cal-OSHA citations. Mr. Levin plans, produces, presents and audits injury prevention programs, employee-training programs, transitional work programs and employee accountability systems. He implements ergonomic review and develops recommendations for workstations and production exposures. In addition, Mr. Levin handles many types of environmental testing, including dust and vapor, and noise monitoring. Mr. Levin holds a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Iowa State University.

Richard Dolliver, CIH
Mr. Dolliver has over thirty years experience as an industrial hygienist working in general consulting. His field experience includes light and heavy manufacturing, construction, research, entertainment industry, food processing, laboratory, medical, metal recycling and office environments.
Specific project work include comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys, OSHA mock inspections and medical facility reviews. Routine studies include noise surveys, ventilation surveys, RF surveys, indoor air quality evaluations, ergonomic evaluations and a wide variety of industrial hygiene compliance air monitoring surveys.
Training activities include topics such as OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance, CIH exam preparation, personal protective equipment and general industrial hygiene.
Mr. Dolliver performed industrial hygiene activities as an Environmental Sciences Officer during 12 of 19 years of Army Reserve duty. Industrial hygiene activities included evaluating industrial hygiene programs and chemical inventories for military hospitals and installations, on-site technician training and trouble shooting.

Mark Gigas, MS, CIHM
Mr. Gigas is a hands on CIH, with significant experience in Industrial hygiene. He has evaluated countless construction site activities. Sharon Sperber, MS, CIH
Ms. Sperber earned her Masters of Science, Environmental
Health, Hunter College 1980. She completed her Bachelor of
Arts, History, at City College of New York in 1972. She is a
memmber of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the
Delaware Chapter of American Industrial Hygiene Association.

Douglas Hickey, MS, CIH, CSP
Mr. Hickey performs assessments, inspections, air samples and surveys for asbestos and other hazardous substances in schools, hotels, hospitals prisons, international airports, port authorities, police and fire department headquarters, naval shipyards. He writes Hazardous Materials Operation, Maintenance an Management Plans and supervises asbestos abatement crews for both public and private structures. With over 25 years in the environmental industry, Doug has earned certifications as an AHERA Asbestos Contractor, Supervisor, and Inspector. He is certified in NIOSH sampling and evaluating of airborne asbestos dust, OSHA Regulation Compliance, and OSHA Hazardous Waste Site Health and Safety.
Doug has a B.S. in Industrial Technology and a M.S. in Industrial Hygiene and Safety, both from the University of Minnesota. He is a board Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He is based in Minnesota.
